1. All Items are guaranteed genuine "as described".

2. Autrographed items come with a Certificate of Authenticity as noted.

3. Winning "On Air" bidders will recieve a phone confirmation from KBDI for total amount & payment
    information.

4. Aplicaple Sales Tax is charged to all winning bids. Items purchased by Licenced Dealers for the purpose
    of "Resale" must supply a valid copy of their Tax ID number for exception to this rule.

5. All winning bidders must pay by Credit Card.

6. All items must be picked up at the KBDI studios located at 2900 Welton Street, Denver, CO 80205 within
    5 days following the auction, Unless other arangements have been made at time of confirmation.

7. All Sales Are Final and subject to the Auction Laws & Regulations of the State Of Colorado.

* Proxy Bidding - When you place a bid via this email form, you enter the maximum amount that you are willing to pay for that Item. A KBDI Staff Member will bid in your Place (Proxy), using only as much of your maximum bid amount as is necessary to keep you the high bidder. If another bidder has a higher maximum, you will be outbid. If no other bidder has a higher maximum, Proxy or On Air Live, you win the item. Depending on the maximum bids of others, you could pay significantly less than your maximum bid.

Proxy Bidding ends Friday November 20th at Midnight for the Live Auction Items ( Lot#'s 101 through 175).

+ Live Auction Proxy bidders will be contacted by telephone Saturday November 21st, 2009 during business hours (9-5) to confirm their maximum bid and to get payment information to be used in the event of your successful bidding. Please provide a number where you can be reached during this time frame.
